This session will provide you with knowledge on:
- Providing culturally appropriate health care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients
- Where to find support and services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients
- Identifying patients eligible for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander specific health programs
- Identifying and capturing information for a specific cohort of patients
- Identifying patients with missing demographic and clinical information within their record
- How to apply filters and cross tabulate reports to identify at risk sub groups
